METRON 3-25-18 – March Meditation IV

Today’s Notes:

I – “Then He said, “Go out, and stand on the mountain before the Lord.” And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind tore into the mountains and broke the rocks in pieces before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind; and after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake; and after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire a still small voice.

So it was, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle and went out and stood in the entrance of the cave. Suddenly a voice came to him, and said, “What are you doing here, Elijah?”
(I Kings 1911-13 – NKJV)

II – “…Stand still and consider the wondrous works of God.”
(Job 37:14 – NKJV)

III – “Meditating is also a means for you to move beyond your analytical mind so that you can access your subconscious mind. That’s crucial, since the subconscious is where all your bad habits and behaviors that you want to change reside.”
― Joe Dispenza

IV – “Everything you ever needed to know is waiting in the space between your thoughts.”
― Simon Boylan

METRON 2-25-18 – Re-Imagining Your Life and Making Next-Level Thinking a Reality – Part VII

Today’s Notes:

I – “God spoke: “Let us make human beings in our image, make them reflecting our nature so they can be responsible for the fish in the sea, the birds in the air, the cattle, and, yes, Earth itself, and every animal that moves on the face of Earth.” God created human beings; he created them godlike, reflecting God’s nature. He created them male and female. God blessed them: “Prosper! Reproduce! Fill Earth! Take charge! Be responsible for fish in the sea and birds in the air, for every living thing that moves on the face of Earth.”
Then God said, “I’ve given you every sort of seed-bearing plant on Earth and every kind of fruit-bearing tree, given them to you for food. To all animals and all birds, everything that moves and breathes, I give whatever grows out of the ground for food.”
And there it was.
God looked over everything he had made; it was so good, so very good! It was evening, it was morning—Day Six.”
(Genesis 1:26 – 31 – The Message)

II – “The victim mindset dilutes the human potential. By not accepting personal responsibility for our circumstances, we greatly reduce our power to change them.” ― Steve Maraboli

III – “Look at the word responsibility-“response-ability”-the ability to choose your response. Highly proactive people recognize that responsibility. They do not blame circumstances, conditions, or conditioning for their behavior. Their behavior is a product of their own conscious choice, based on values, rather than a product of their conditions, based on feeling.” — Stephen Covey

IV – “Your thoughts and feelings come from your past memories. If you think and feel a certain way, you begin to create an attitude. An attitude is a cycle of short-term thoughts and feelings experienced over and over again. Attitudes are shortened states of being. If you string a series of attitudes together, you create a belief. Beliefs are more elongated states of being and tend to become subconscious. When you add beliefs together, you create a perception. Your perceptions have everything to do with the choices you make, the behaviors you exhibit, the relationships you chose, and the realities you create.” ― Dr. Joe Dispenza

V – “All blame is a waste of time. No matter how much fault you find with another, and regardless of how much you blame him, it will not change you.” — Dr. Wayne Dyer

VI – “When nothing is sure, everything is possible.” — Margaret Drabble

VII – “At the very beginning there was willed action, and the willed action then was by God (Alaha), and God was that willed action. The beginning was by God. All was by Him and without Him not a single thing came into being out of that which was. From Him there came into being a perfect life and this perfect life became light unto all men. And this light out of darkness caused light, and darkness did not overcome…And willed action became flesh and dwelt among us, and we saw glory as if begotten from the Father, completely filled with heavenliness and righteousness.”
(John 1:1-5, 14 – Khaboris Manuscript)

METRON 2-18-18 – Re-Imagining Your Life and Making Next-Level Thinking a Reality – Part V

Today’s Notes:
I – “Once you were alienated from God and were enemies IN YOUR MINDS because of your evil behavior.”
(Colossians 1:21 – NIV)

II – “And you, being once estranged and ENEMIES IN COMPREHENSION…”
(Colossians 1:21 – CLV)

III – “And so you…at one time people having been alienated away (being estranged; being rendered as belonging to another; = having been put out of the family) and enemies (or: hated ones) by the DIVIDED THOUGHTS (in the DUALISTIC PERCEPTIONS and things going through the mind in every direction)…”
(Colossians 1:21 – JMNT)

IV – “One of the greatest life lessons I’ve learned has been to dream new dreams. When a dream is fulfilled, it shouldn’t become a straitjacket, constricting a person’s evolution and progress. Instead, it should be a stepping-stone to the next thing. When a dream shatters, you should pick up the pieces and create a new one. It won’t be the same as the broken one, but you can hope it will be as vibrant and as exciting.” ― Jai Pausch

V – “In Daniel 1:4 it records that Daniel had understanding of science. The word ‘science’ in Hebrew (#4093) means: Consciousness. Daniel understood the importance of maintaining a God-consciousness. He understood the vital importance of the awareness, and sowing the seed of the Word into the ground of his heart awareness. The key for Daniel was that he would not eat of the king’s meat nor drink of the king’s drink; instead he ate ‘pulse’ which is that which comes from a seed. In other words, he would only eat of the incorruptible seed of the Word. He would only drink ‘water’ which depicts that which was within him, or the ‘Spirit of the Word’. The 3 Hebrew boys that were thrown into the fiery furnace which was heated up 7 times hotter than ever before, had the awareness that the fire was a ‘NON-POWER’ unto them. Why? Because they, along with Daniel, knew the importance of the conscious awareness of the ‘Spirit of the Word’ as opposed to the ‘letter of the word’. What is the difference, some may ask? The ‘Spirit of the Word’ is that which comes from the inside, and the ‘letter of the word’ is that which one merely reads from a book. While I do believe in both, yet one can read the scriptures and receive absolutely no spiritual awakening or quickening whatsoever. It was the ‘Spirit of the Word’ which Daniel and his friends partook of, digested and received in their heart awareness. They had the awareness of one BODY, therefore their bodies were not burned. They had the awareness of, or were CLOTHED with the Oneness of God, therefore their clothes did not smell of smoke (religious ideas and concepts). Then lastly, they had the awareness that they were the glory of God manifestly, therefore their hair (glory) was not even singed. The heart awareness of one body, one righteousness and one glory, is more than enough to reign and have dominion in every aspect of life.” — Kay Fairchild

VI – “Getting to the next level always requires ending something, leaving it behind, and moving on. Growth demands that we move on. Without the ability to end things, people stay stuck, never becoming who they are meant to be, never accomplishing all that their talents and abilities should afford them.” — Henry Cloud

VII – “Those of us who went to school 20 or 30 years ago were taught that the brain is hardwired, meaning that by the time we’re adults, we have a certain number of brain cells that are arranged in fixed patterns or neural circuits, and that as we get older, we lose some of those circuits. We thought that we would inevitably turn out like our parents in many ways, because we could only use the same neural patterns that we genetically inherited from them.
Neuroscientists now say that was a mistake. The great news is, each of us is a work in progress, throughout our life. Every time we have a thought, different areas of our brain surge with electrical current and release a mob of neurochemicals that are too numerous to name. Thanks to functional brain scanning technology, we can now see that our every thought and experience causes our brain cells, or neurons, to connect and disconnect in ever-changing patterns and sequences. In fact, we have a natural ability called neuroplasticity, which means that is we learn new knowledge and have new experiences; we can develop new networks or circuits of neurons, and literally change our mind.” — Dr. Joe Dispenza

I – “It is doubtless not profitable for me to boast. I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord: I know a man in Christ who fourteen years ago—whether in the body I do not know, or whether out of the body I do not know, God knows—such a one was caught up to the third heaven. And I know such a man—whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, God knows— how he was caught up into Paradise and heard inexpressible words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter. Of such a one I will boast; yet of myself I will not boast, except in my infirmities. For though I might desire to boast, I will not be a fool; for I will speak the truth. But I refrain, lest anyone should think of me above what he sees me to be or hears from me. And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure. Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times that it might depart from me. And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in needs, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
(II Corinthians 12:1-12)

II – “Then Micaiah said, “Therefore hear the word of the Lord: I saw the Lord sitting on His throne, and all the host of heaven standing on His right hand and His left. And the Lord said, ‘Who will persuade Ahab king of Israel to go up, that he may fall at Ramoth Gilead?’ So one spoke in this manner, and another spoke in that manner. Then a spirit came forward and stood before the Lord, and said, ‘I will persuade him.’ The Lord said to him, ‘In what way?’ So he said, ‘I will go out and be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets.’ And the Lord said, ‘You shall persuade him and also prevail; go out and do so.’ Therefore look! The Lord has put a lying spirit in the mouth of these prophets of yours, and the Lord has declared disaster against you.”
(II Chronicles 18:18-22 – NKJV)

III – “Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came among them. And the Lord said to Satan, “From where do you come?” So Satan answered the Lord and said, “From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking back and forth on it.”
(Job 1:1-6 – NKJV)

“…God singled out Satan and said, “What have you been up to?” Satan answered God, “Going here and there, checking things out on earth.” (The Message)

IV – “If your personal reality is creating your personality, you are a victim. But if your personality is creating your personal reality, then you are a creator.” – Dr. Joe Dispenza

V – “Mind is the master power that moulds and makes, and man is mind, and evermore he takes the tool of thought, and, shaping what he wills, brings forth a thousand joys, a thousand ills. He thinks in secret, and it comes to pass. Environment is but his looking-glass.” – James Allen

VI – Accept everything about yourself – I mean everything.
You are you and that is the beginning and the end –
no apologies, no regrets. – Henry Kissinger

VII – Meditating is a means for you to move beyond your analytical mind so that you can access your subconscious mind. That’s crucial, since the subconscious is where all your bad habits and behaviors that you want to change reside.

Today’s Notes:

I – ” Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.”(Matthew 4:1 – NKJV)

“Then Jesus was drawn from rukha d’koodsha into an unprotected state for what would be His stress from uprightness.”
(Matthew 4:1 – Khaboris Manuscript)

II “Now when the tempter came to Him, he said, “If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread.””
(Matthew 4:2 – NKJV)

“…and then came His own temptations and said to Him, “if you are the Son of God (Alaha) say to these stones to become bread.”
(Matthew 4:2 – Khaboris Manuscript)

III – “Then the devil took Him up into the holy city, set Him on the pinnacle of the temple…”
(Matthew 4:5 – NKJV)

“Then uprightness carried Him to a holy city and stood Him upon the pinnacle of the temple…”
(Matthew 4:5 – Khaboris Manuscript)

IV – “Jesus said to him, “It is written again, ‘You shall not tempt the Lord your God.”
(Matthew 4:7 – NKJV)

“Jesus said to it, “Also written, to not put the Lord your God to a test”
(Matthew 4:7 – Khaboris Manuscript)

V – “Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory.”
(Matthew 4:8 – NKJV)

“Again uprightness carried Him to a very high mountain and pointed out for Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glories…”
(Matthew 4:8 – Khaboris Manuscript)

VI – “Then Jesus said to him, “Away with you, Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve.’”
(Matthew 4:10 – NKJV)

“Then said Jesus to it, “Get out satan (satana), for it is written, you shall worship the Lord your God, and Him alone shall you serve.”
(Matthew 4:1- – Khaboris Manuscript)

VII – “Psychologically speaking, resistance and resolution are at opposite poles. For resistance has fundamentally to do with not being able, or willing, to deal with the negative experiences in your life. And ultimately your happiness depends a lot more on handling—then letting go of—such adversities than it does, self-protectively, denying them, or fighting against them. In addition, so does (unwittingly) holding onto their associated feelings of hurt, sorrow, anxiety, or anger.

Without consciously deciding to, you can even get “attached” to feelings you haven’t resolved. But if you become aware of the exorbitantly high costs of not acknowledging, and working through, these feelings, you’ll realize that heedlessly clinging to them hasn’t at all contributed to your welfare. Quite the opposite.

Long ago, the depth psychologist Carl Jung contended that “what you resist not only persists, but will grow in size.” And today this viewpoint is generally abbreviated to “What you resist persists,” with many kindred paradoxical variants—such as, “You always get what you resist.”

The complementary opposite of these similar expressions is another equally counter-intuitive one, which hints at the most viable solution to such a quandary. It goes: “To get what you want, want what you get.” What links these two on-the-surface almost mystifying expressions is the underlying notion that it’s wise to accept what is, if only to put yourself in the best possible position to change it—or to achieve the freedom to move past it, and on to something else. And I should stress that I’m in no way intimating that you adopt a defeatist attitude in the face of what you deem inequitable or unjust, just that your resistance doesn’t end up taking the form of resisting yourself.

In any case, this post will elaborate on what’s become a prominent topic in popular psychology, frequently identified with the title, ’The Law of Attraction’ And while I regard this supposed “universal law” as somewhat overstated (and, in its suggestions of passivity and intentionality, at times even dangerous), it nonetheless represents an essential truth that demands to be taken seriously.”
— Leon F Seltzer Ph.D.

V – “In life you find pleasure. In life you find pain. Pain and pleasure is an example of the duality in life. Enjoy them both, they are part of the ride. The key is to not turn the pain into something else – regret.”
― J.R. Rim

__________

VI – “Have no regrets in life because of the choices you make. Good or bad, they are a learning experience, to help you grow. The only regret in life, is to never make a choice at all.”
― James Hauenstein

VII – “What does it mean to embrace your reality? It means that you accept what is. It means you know who you are, where you are and what you want. It means you recognize that the only one who can make you happy is you. The only one who can change your life is you. That blame and anger only serve to defeat you, not the person you blame and have anger toward.

Acknowledging your reality equates to having self-awareness. It is a big part of happiness because when you lack it, you are fighting against where you actually are in your life. You have to own your situation, because when you don’t, you cannot make effective change. And then you have to embrace it. The difference is important. Acknowledging your reality allows you to understand, embracing gives you the power to change.”
– Elizabeth Denham
