Today’s Notes:

I – “Words satisfy the mind as much as fruit does the stomach;
good talk is as gratifying as a good harvest. Words kill, words give life; they’re either poison or fruit—you choose.”
(Proverbs 18:20, 21 – The Message)

II – “Wise words satisfy like a good meal; the right words bring satisfaction. The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences.”
(Proberbs 18:20, 21 – NLT)

III – “A man’s [moral] self shall be filled with the fruit of his mouth; and with the consequence of his words he must be satisfied [whether good or evil]. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it [for death or life].” (Proverbs 18:20, 21 – AMP

IV – “By choosing your thoughts, and by selecting which emotional currents you will release and which you will reinforce, you determine the quality of your Light. You determine the effects that you will have upon others, and the nature of the experiences of your life.” – Gary Zukav – from “Seat Of The Soul”

V – “Cease trying to work everything out with your minds. It will get you nowhere. Live by intuition and inspiration and let your whole life be Revelation.” – Eileen Caddy

VI – “The good man from his inner good treasure flings forth good things, and the evil man out of his inner evil storehouse flings forth evil things. But I tell you, on the day of judgment men will have to give account for every idle (inoperative, nonworking) word they speak. For by your words you will be justified and acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned and sentenced.”
(Matthew 12:35-37 – AMP

VII – “Your destiny is to fulfill those things upon which you focus most intently. So choose to keep your focus on that which is truly magnificent, beautiful, uplifting and joyful. Your life is always moving toward something.” – Ralph Marston

Today’s Notes:

I – “Indeed, I am now saying (or: I am truly saying now) that whoever may say to this mountain (or: in this mountain), ‘Be picked up, and be cast(thrown) into the midst of the sea,’ and may not be undecided or be divided in his discernment or judgment within his heart, but to the contrary, can (or: may; would) continuously trust and believe with confidence that what he is speaking is progressively occurring (or: birthing itself; coming into existence), it will proceed being [thus] for him (or: by him; to him; in him; with him).” (Mark 11:23 – JMNT)

II -“Then Job answered and said: “How long will you torment my soul, And break me in pieces with words?”
(Job 19:1, 2 – NKJV)

III – “Everything turns in circles and spirals with the cosmic heart until infinity. Everything has a vibration that spirals inward or outward — and everything turns together in the same direction at the same time. This vibration keeps going: it becomes born and expands or closes and destructs — only to repeat the cycle again in opposite current. Like a lotus, it opens or closes, dies and is born again. Such is also the story of the sun and moon, of me and you. Nothing truly dies. All energy simply transforms.”
― Suzy Kassem

IV – “There is one who speaks like the piercings of a sword,
But the tongue of the wise promotes health.”
(Proverbs 12:18 – NKJV)

V – “The words of a tale-bearer [are] as self-inflicted wounds, And they have gone down [to] the inner parts of the heart.”
(Proverbs 26:22 – YLT)

VI – “There is agreement among science, medicine and metaphysics that certain frequencies can repel disease, and certain frequencies can destroy disease. Herein lies the link between frequency (vibration) and health. Everything in nature vibrates at different frequencies. In fact quantum physics describes the universe as nothing more than vibrating strings of energy! Scientific research has shown that different parts of our bodies have their own sonic signature. In other words the sound of the cells of your heart differs from the sound of the cells of your Lungs. When parts of the body become stressed or dis-eased, they are no longer producing the correct sound wave; in other words they are not vibrating at their prime (optimal) resonant frequency. To re-establish or recalibrate your frequency, you need to understand how lower and higher vibrations affect your energy and health.” – Altered States Blog

VII – “He sent His word and healed them,
And delivered them from their destructions.”
(Psalms 107:20 – NKJV)

I – “The tongue has the power of life and death,
and those who love it will eat its fruit.”
(Proverbs 18:21 – NIV)

II – “Words kill, words give life;
they’re either poison or fruit—you choose.”
(Proverbs 18:21 – The Message)

III – “Words have power in matters of life and death,
and those who love them will savor their fruit.”
(Proverbs 18:21 – The Voice

IV – “There is one who speaks like the piercings of a sword,
But the tongue of the wise promotes health.”
(Proverbs 12:18 – NKJV)

V – “Like caterpillars our metamorphosis begins with what comes from our mouth. Caterpillars spin silk cocoons from the mouth. We speak life or death, success or failure. All transformation starts with what comes from our mouth.”
― Brandi L. Bates

VI – “Regardless of the language we speak, words connect us on a far deeper level than just getting our point across. Each word carries its own energetic vibration and can have a profound impact on the quality of our lives. The gift of language allows us to become active creators from the moment we utter our first word. When a child transitions from vocalizing sounds to speaking words, it is a celebrated event. More than just a developmental milestone, it marks the day when a child enters the realm of conscious creation. Conscious choice replaces natural instincts, and the child begins the journey of creating his or her destiny.
Many of us are familiar with the law of attraction which states “like attracts like”; in other words, what we think about we bring about (positive or negative). Although this law works when correctly and consistently applied, it can be tricky business keeping our focus on what we desire 100 percent of the time (we’re only human). Doubt often sets in and we begin to fall back into negative thought and speech patterns undermining our attempts to make positive changes.

The important word here is patterns. As creatures of habit, examining and changing our negative patterns is the key to unlocking our full manifestation power. Thinking about what we want is only half the equation; changing our autopilot language program is the missing variable.

We think, speak, and write using words, yet these seemingly neutral forms are actually the building blocks of our lives. Language is undeniably a gift and, as the only species to have this tool available to us, we have a responsibility to use it consciously. Words afford us the ability to have a proactive role in the creation and progression of our lives. Imagine a world where language suddenly became obsolete—talk about being at a loss for words!”
Michelle Arbeau

VII – “Let the weak one throw out his chest
and say, ‘I’m tough, I’m a fighter.’”
(Joel 3:10 – The Message)

I – “From that time Jesus began to preach and to say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”(Matthew 4:17 – NKJV)

II – “From that time on, Jesus began…to be continually saying, “You folks be progressively changing your thinking (change your frame of mind, mode of thought, perceptions and understanding and turn your focus…because the…kingdom from the sky and the atmosphere) has drawn near and now continues being at hand and is close enough to touch (has arrived and is now accessible).”
(Matthew 4:17 – JMNT)

III – “Jesus considered…saying, “Certainly it is so, I am saying…to you, unless anyone…may be born back up again to a higher place (or: can be brought to birth again; or: would be given birth from above), he continues having no power (or: he is continuously unable) to see or perceive God’s…influence/activity, or kingdom.”
(John 3:3 – JMNT)

IV – Remember, we are all affecting the world every moment, whether we mean to or not. Our actions and states of mind matter, because we’re so deeply interconnected with one another. Working on our own consciousness is the most important thing that we are doing at any moment, and being love is the supreme creative act.
~ Ram Dass

V – “The biggest breakthroughs in consciousness occur when things are difficult; when we have a choice to fall to the worst of ourselves or rise to the best of ourselves.” – Yehuda Berg

without trying to change it, then what you are undergoes a transformation.” – J. Krishnamurti

VII – “No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.” – Albert Einstein
