METRON 3-25-18 – March Meditation IV

Today’s Notes:

I – “Then He said, “Go out, and stand on the mountain before the Lord.” And behold, the Lord passed by, and a great and strong wind tore into the mountains and broke the rocks in pieces before the Lord, but the Lord was not in the wind; and after the wind an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake; and after the earthquake a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire; and after the fire a still small voice.

So it was, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle and went out and stood in the entrance of the cave. Suddenly a voice came to him, and said, “What are you doing here, Elijah?”
(I Kings 1911-13 – NKJV)

II – “…Stand still and consider the wondrous works of God.”
(Job 37:14 – NKJV)

III – “Meditating is also a means for you to move beyond your analytical mind so that you can access your subconscious mind. That’s crucial, since the subconscious is where all your bad habits and behaviors that you want to change reside.”
― Joe Dispenza

IV – “Everything you ever needed to know is waiting in the space between your thoughts.”
― Simon Boylan

Today’s Notes:

“…In returning and rest, you will be saved. In quietness and trust you will find strength…”
(Isaiah 30:15 – The Voice)

“Do not let your hearts be troubled (distressed, agitated)…”
(John 14:1 – AMPC)

“You exist in time, but you belong to eternity- You are a penetration of eternity into the world of time – You are deathless, living in a body of death – Your consciousness knows no death, no birth- It is only your body that is born and dies – But you are not aware of your consciousness – You are not conscious of your consciousness – And that is the whole art of meditation; Becoming conscious of consciousness itself.”
― Osho
